Just got done with a pretty substantial update to the e-commerce portion of the Biker Rain Chaps site.

I had gotten a lot of feedback from folks that they didn’t know how to buy this motorcycle product so I substantially modified the user interface.  Hopefully, I made the purchase process a bit more intuitive.

Gearhead Ray Pulls out all the stops…
And relaunches Biker Rain Chaps.

Well most of the way, at least… I still need to update the blog and the photogallery, but hey, I got the e-commerce site up and running!!!

Some cool stuff with the new site… First, there’s the whole retail side with some SNAZZY flash banners (let me know what you think… as I mentioned before, I’ve been reading up on the ActionScript3 cause I’m really starting to like Flash!!!) and the ability to order online.

Second, there’s the whole Wholesale section… If you want to be a dealer, pop over there, sign up and we’ll get you set up. The wholesale side includes all of our products as well as dealer support services such as POS materials and such. It’s a great product that really moves with good margins – a real blessing for any bike shop out there.

Finally, don’t forget to send us pictures of you Chapped!!! Send us a few pics of you with (or without) your bike and a bit of your story and they might find their way into our testimonials section or on to our home page… Some of them have been pretty interesting and a few have been rather scantily clad… Interesting folks out there… But keep them coming!
